For Advance Payment (We accept Bkash and Cash)
- If you pay in advance in that case if we failed to supply that product, then we will return your payable amount.
- If we failed to delevery on time and for this reason if you reject to receive the product, then you will get back your payable amount ( In that case strick, natural diegester will be considerable issue)
- If any product is found to be damaged during delivery or seems to be damaged and if we failed to changed that product then you will get back the price paid.
- The product ordered by you, if we deliver different product or we failed to provide your actual product then you will get back the price paid
- if you being extra charged (from card or Bkash) for technical or operational mistakes, then you will get back the extra price paid.
- In terms of online payment, your are requested to inform your extra charged complain at firstname.lastname@example.org by 24 hours.
- It May need 7 working (Max)days to return money.
- In case of refunding your amount we can transfer that amount to your given account or you can collect in cash from our office.
- For online transition client may need to provide his or her account statement for clarification.
- While deliver If any product is found damaged or inactive, in that case you may choose another product. It’s applicable one for online advance payment
- you may need to wait for 7 working (Max) days for exchanging your product.
- If you receive wrong product from our end then you will get the actual product within next 2 working days (Max)
